The Street Sweeping Program is designed to collect sand debris—not to collect yard waste. Do Not Place Leaf or Brush Piles In the Street Obey posted “No Parking” signs--Violators may be ticketed $50.00 and towed. Beginning Tuesday, May 7, 2024, DPW&P will begin residential street sweeping in Routes 30 and 32 shown in the green shaded areas on the map below and online at the following link: http://www.worcesterma.gov/streets/spring-street-sweeping

The Division of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery maintains and manages a par 72, 18-hole municipal golf course offering City residents and non-City residents alike an exciting and challenging round of golf.
The Worcester Public Works Department operates three yard waste drop-off sites for all Worcester residents, open April through November.
DPW&P will sweep arterial streets from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and residential streets from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning April 1.
