Recommend Recess Hearing to Monday, July 9, 2001 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration consider recommending a change to the recommended Ward and Precinct map which assigns the Dallas Street and Coburn Avenue area to Ward 5.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with a listing of the major adjustments encompassed in the recommended Ward and Precinct Map.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with each of the three mapping options and the current Ward and Precinct map with shadings showing how each of the Council districts look as compact and contiguous areas.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with statistics setting forth the percentages of minorities in each of the City Council Districts in the three mapping options under consideration.
